Martha Pandajis is a board-certified Physician Assistant whose educational background and personal journey in aesthetics and hormone health led her to join the Fountain of You MD team. Her path into this field combines clinical training with a strong focus on helping patients feel energized and confident in their own skin.

She brings experience across multiple specialties, including plastic surgery and facial plastic surgery, with a dedicated focus on hormone optimization as a core element of long term health and vitality. After years of clinical practice in Houston, she returned home to Hampton Roads to continue delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care.

Her work across diverse settings gives Martha a well-rounded perspective on patient care, grounded in thoughtful treatment planning and a commitment to delivering natural, high-quality results.
